How Much Weight Can I Expect To Lose?

We cannot guarantee a specific percentage of weight loss as every person is unique when it comes to medical history, age, current weight, goals and most importantly their commitment to the program.

What Happens After The Program?

After completing your structured program, your visits will adjust based on your progress. In the maintenance stage, you'll be equipped with self-management tools, supported by check-ins every 6-12 weeks. Periodic in-person assessments with our nurse practitioner will ensure your well-being and help sustain your results.

What If I Only Want The Prescribed Medication And Not The Program?

Why Is This Different From Taking Ozempic From Your Family Doctor?

Our highly personalized program meets each individual's unique needs through a comprehensive approach with regular touchpoints, educational support, and diligent monitoring. Unlike typical family doctor visits, which may lack time for thorough goal review and education, we provide the tools and knowledge for proper medication use, including options beyond Ozempic. Do You Offer Virtual And In-Person Visits?

All of our programs currently require in-person initial assessments. Some of the follow up appointments can be offered virtually or in person to accommodate client schedules, but in-clinic appointments are preferred.

Do I Need To Use Medication To Join The Program?

As an obesity care team, we provide a variety of tools, with medication being just one option. You can choose to work with our team members without including medication in your plan. How Long Will I Be On The Medication?

The duration of medication use varies among individuals. Some may use it throughout the program and then stop, while others might need it for 6 months or more to sustain results while adopting new habits. A few may require long-term use. Individual monitoring is key, and the decision to discontinue is based on observation and the prevention of rapid weight gain upon cessation.
